Perhaps if we get outfitted for a picnic, the weather will cooperate. Minneapolis-based Jeanne Beatrice is in the right frame of mind with her Spring 2011 collection of French market baskets. The bright stripes on this model ($74) are especially fresh. Jeanne Beatrice baskets are hand woven in Morocco out of renewable resources, including water reeds and palm leaves, with soft leather trim and leather handles.
