West End Gets PrimpThursday, October 20th, 2011Primp, the local store that has carved a niche for itself selling affordable trend apparel in a chic boutique setting at Selby and Dale in St. Paul, is opening a second location at Shops at West End in St. Louis Park. Primp owners Michele and Wesley, designers turned retailers, have great style and refreshing sensibility. Virtually everything they sell is under $100; a shocking number of tops, dresses and accessories are less than $50. Sure, the look skews young, but you can always find pieces that will work for mothers as well as their teen and twentysomething daughters. Primp at West End is scheduled to open in early November.
