The idea for Ella came out of increasing umbrella sales and what FinnStyle perceived as a hole in the market. “There wasn’t a great source for someone looking to buy an umbrella online,” says marketing director Chad Trent. “There are many retailers that offer some umbrellas, but not a wide enough selection to suit everyone’s taste.”
