It's about time that Bay Street Shoes opens a bigger store. You can't ever have too much of a good thing.

I thought I'd mention that at the Mall of America I've noticed that you can almost always bargain with the owners of the kiosks(or carts), located in the hallways. Many of the carts are independently owned(as opposed to being owned my a corporation, i.e. Rosetta Stone, etc.)
Several times I have pointed out, to the cart owners, that there is a better deal somewhere else in the mall. They usually will match that price or give a lower price. Most cart owners will give you a discount if you buy more than one item as well.
You don't have to get pushy or anything - just ask.

I have done this with carts at the Mall of America with items such as cell phone skins & jewelry.
