Chico’s outlet

Minnesota finally gets a Chico's Outlet next week. It is scheduled to open Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Albertville Premium Outlets. The front half of the store will feature merchandise made exclusively for the outlet including a line called Additions by Chico's – same look; lower price. In back is where you'll find the real deals: 30 to 75 percent off (sometimes more) past season merchandise. Opening specials include $2.99 for white pants and an extra 30 percent off already marked down apparel.

Albertville openings

Hasn’t been the best summer for outlet shopping, gas prices being what they are – which is why you might not know that Albertville Premium Outlets has picked up some new stores, including Columbia Sportswear, Converse and Guess Kids. Maybe not worth a special trip, but nice additions, should you happen to need a shopping fix on the way to the cabin.

Get ready for BCBG

The wait is finally over – BCBG will open at the Galleria on Thursday, May 22. That’s actually about a week ahead of schedule – so get in quick before everyone else figures it out! BCBG has shops within some Macy’s stores in town, and an outlet in Albertville, but this is the first company store to grace the Twin Cities.
