Maplewood Mall might finally be able to make Rosedale Center a tad bit jealous: H&M plans to open at Maplewood Mall. An 18,000-square-foot store is under construction on the second level of the mall. It is scheduled to open in the fall. Maplewood is owned by Simon Properties, which also owns Southdale Center where fast fashion emporium H&M opened a two-level store last year.

Yeeehhhh!!! Maplewood is my closest indoor mall. I usually go to H&M in Woodbury, but having one in Maplewood will be great since there’s a F21 there as well. This is exciting news! I hope they’ll carry men’s clothing as well…which is missing from the Woodbury location.
I really need to read this site more! I live I Minnetonka and didn’t even know an H&M had opened in Southdale. I’m sure my kids knew, though.
